Ohio Pole Building - E3 Wall System

At Beatty's Builders, we take great pride in introducing our unique stud wall post frame building method: the E3 Wall System. It's the next generation in post-frame building. We were unhappy with the conventional wall designs for our buildings. So it went back to the design table. What emerged was a vertical framing pattern in lieu of horizontal purlins. This makes our building stronger because it's built on the concept of a house with vertical 2x6 stud walls. All of our truss load rests directly on top of our walls instead of perching on headers that are nailed to the exterior poles.

The traditional pole building has 8 ft cavities and has to be filled in with stud walls by other contractors but, our post framed stud walls are pre-manufactured and built in place. Our variance can be measured within 1/8 of an inch. Precision leads to efficiency. Efficiency leads to lower costs in long run. Our exclusive design also offers an array of other benefits:
