1. Working together begins with a phone call or email. During that first contact we will ask a few simple questions about your project and we will set an appointment for us to come out to meet with you and discuss your project in more detail.

2. At this meeting we will get as much information about your project as possible. From your ideas, goals, time frame and budget, to the types of materials and finishes you would like to use. We will inspect the area you are planning your project, and take measurements if necessary.

3. Following our first meeting we will provide you with a preliminary proposal within a few days. This will be accompanied with some preliminary sketches if necessary.

4. If we have arrived at a comfort level with each other and agreed to work together at this point and signed our contract we will begin to plan and schedule the project. This will include assisting you making the final product selections, ordering products and coordinating their delivery. We will then schedule a start date and provide a projected completion date.
