own. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. Our Four Phase Process works a little something like this:

Phase One: Working together begins with a phone call or email. First we will ask you a few simple questions about your project. During that first contact, we will ask that you come to our office to see our demo buildings. Then we will explain how our design /build agreement works. and we will set an appointment for us to come out to meet with you and discuss your project in more detail.

Phase 2: At this meeting we will get as much information about your project as possible. From your ideas, goals, time frame and budget, to the types of materials and finishes you would like to use. We will inspect the area you are planning your project, and take measurements if necessary.

Phase 3, We will provide you with a preliminary proposal within a few days of our first meeting. This will be accompanied with some preliminary elevations of your building.

Phase 4: If we have arrived at a comfort level with each other and agree to work together at this point, we will sign our agreement and begin the final phase. We will begin to plan and schedule the project. This will include assisting you making the final product selections, ordering products and coordinating their delivery. We will then schedule a start date and provide a projected completion date.
